You can tell by HR defensive and rude responses back, exactly how proctor is. All they do is make excuses for why people have such a negative taste in their mouth about Proctor, Instead of getting to the root of the problem. They are the problem!!! This place is like a high school a bunch of petty people focusing on each other and gossiping instead of doing their job and going home. HR wants to say that you are engaging in it instead of doing your work!!! But guess what HR it’s pretty hard to not hear the gossiping when it’s coming from MANAGEMENT!!! They talk about all their employees and their employees business and you can hear it on a daily basis because they are LOUD!!! Management also takes the time to have team meetings where they literally curse everybody out and tell them how they are not doing their job. And don’t come at me with that you probably weren’t doing your job stuff, because I had the highest production numbers when I was there, so much that I helped train new employees coming in. Managers are going around cussing all the time and dropping F bombs. They are extremely unprofessional and it makes for a very toxic environment and negative space. Insurance processing has turned into making a bunch of phone calls all day!!! And they don’t even give you proper credit for the calls. Mostly everybody that I worked with when starting proctor has quit, including me!!! HR is good for nothing because like I said all they do is make excuses. Do your job!! Be a voice for the workers. Not a rude person focused on writing rude Glassdoor responses, and just assuming that the person wasn’t a good worker because they had a negative experience at Proctor. Be the solution not the problem!!!
