If you don't know one of the owners prepare to be underpaid for your position for 5+ years before you start making anything close to market rate.
Little to no training. Be prepared to read a book for a month then get thrown into the fire.
No diversity in regards to race. Everyone is white
Max base salary is around 60-70k even for senior employees. Everything else is in a bonus. So if the economy is doing well expect to make a decent amount but when its not expect that your share of the pay is going to drop dramatically.
