      Seniors are good, they will help you untill you are doing work with with your fully concentration.

      Inconvénients

      Working hours- Apart from 8 hours of office you need to work from your home as well, Average Working hour will be arround 10-11 hours/day. this is the only cons, and its enough to disbalance you work-life balance

      Gives 4 WFH per month

      Inconvénients

      Has alot of resource management issue. Timelines are not clear. Improper task planning. Need to work over time on weekdays and weekends
