Avantages
I've been with PacMoore for a long time. I've seen the company at its best and at its worst, and through it all, I've never once felt anything other than care, support, and trust. It's a shame hearing ex-employees slander the founder and CEO, Bill Moore. He has devoted himself and the company to serving people in a way that few other companies in our world do. He has given opportunities to individuals who frankly don't deserve it by the world's standards. Those exact people, the ones who Bill and his team have given second, third and fourth chances to, the ones who have come out of prison, who have come out of rehab, the ones who needed someone to give them an opportunity, SO many of them have seen incredible life transformation here and we all see it daily! It's hard seeing some of those same people drag Bill and PacMoore through the mud on here and slander the company when they don't take advantage of the opportunities given to them. Much of what those small few have said is completely untrue and, frankly, malicious and evil. This is a company that has recently, out of their own pockets, paid to send an employee to rehabilitation and support them through it, simply because the team cares so deeply for that employee and their family. I've never witnessed care like this elsewhere. I've rarely seen a company more focused on building and investing in people than PacMoore. The stories we hear in the hallways here give us so much excitement knowing we get to be a part of it. We've cried together in joy for our co-workers, we've grown into a tight-knit community, and we've supported each other through the turns life throws at us. This is all because of the culture Bill has built and the values He has called most important. His faith drives all he pursues, and it's evident in how the leadership team supports us all.
Inconvénients
The work at PacMoore is hard, no doubt. Manufacturing is not the comfy, cozy, tech environment that many people idolize these days. That said, there is so much satisfaction in knowing that our work is changing the lives of people in our community and feeding the world.
