      No organization/ poor inter-departmental communication Many compliance issues/ gaps not addressed If you're looking for career advancement or job title promotions that is not a thing at PLD, only the higher up's/ executives get promotions. Hard work isn't valued or appreciated you'll only be asked to do more. No bonuses or wage increases based on merit/ performance reviews, you ask around and nobody knows.

      Avantages

      I really value the strong sense of team at PL Developments. Everyone works together regardless of title, which creates a supportive and collaborative environment. The culture feels very family oriented, and there’s a genuine sense of teamwork and open communication across all levels. One of the reasons I’ve been here for over 15 years is being able to see the company’s growth and success firsthand, and it’s been rewarding to be part of that journey.

      Inconvénients

      I think PL Developments has a strong foundation, especially when it comes to teamwork and culture. One area for improvement could be continuing to enhance communication and transparency across all levels, especially as the company grows. As we expand, keeping everyone aligned and informed can help maintain the close knit, family-oriented environment we value. Focusing on that will support both employee engagement and overall success.
