      Avantages

      No Pros, worst place to work.

      Inconvénients

      No proper process. Very less leaves. No HR. No new technology. Inbuilt tools. Not even Waterfall model is followed here forget about Agile. Micro management, they will interfere in each and everything. They will force you to interact and socialize if you are a reserved person. No value for your intelligence. No documentation or tracking, all important things are communicated orally.

      Avantages

      It was a great company to work for. Pay was solid, coworkers were wonderful, and office was comfortable.

      Inconvénients

      Company was acquired by another company and most employees were either fired or quit.

      Avantages

      Well established company with substantial budgets (from Paychex - the umbrella company) and Executives that are extremely open to suggestions, ideas & feedback.

      Inconvénients

      Too much red tape when it comes to budget and other approvals.
