The lack of strategy and assertive decisions were devastating for this company. You can see more efficiently competitors, good products (in most cases better than Masisa), and small players in the past that literally swallow the company nowadays (in some markets of Latin America, such as Brazil and Mexico).
Very good internal clima, salary according to market conditions, opportunities to work in projects. Management is open to new propositions
