Avantages
My contract lasted only for a few months, so I wasn't that concerned about how they treat employees. Great snacks offered in the lunch room!
Inconvénients
Management was not interested in hearing ideas on improving the product. I understand I was a mere freelancer, but sometimes an outsider can see things clearer than the regular employees who just keep at it because "that's the way we've always done it." The office was so quiet that it felt uncomfortable and dull.
