- There is micromanagement of top managers (you don't feel that managers trust your ideas or potential) - Poor communication between teams makes cooperation more difficult, increases duplication of work and creates way too many last minute requests- the environment becomes very stressful and frustrating due to this issue - The CEO is very sure of his vision and ideas and everyone who tries to come with new perspectives and knowledge usually has no room to implement them, even if the people are experts in those areas and not the CEO - There is no real feedback and development process. Regarding feedback, managers evaluate you, but you don't evaluate them or evaluate your colleagues
