      - Grad program / Young Guns / Guns - Great new Sydney HQ

      Inconvénients

      - Can’t win work - Too focussed on innovation / transformation to Deliver 2025 - need to go back to basics and win work then deliver to budget (trying to walk before we crawl) - need to be in business in 2025 in the first place
