      very well organised management systems, policies, procedures and programs aimed at best practice safety management. Good organisation of site duties and responsibilities.

      Inconvénients

      Communication and forward planning could improve, improved involvement with all areas of the site including subcontractors and their employees. subcontractor safety management process could streamline more to provide more efficient on-boarding process
