Comprehensive Internship Experience - Avis employé Market Research Intern Labdox

The experience was good, got to learn some things about PR. It will be useful for me in the upcoming future.

Lack of proper communication. Due to miscommunication, 2 seniors convey different tasks and messages, leading to confusion.

Structured, research-driven work: Tasks are not repetitive or surface-level. They require actual thinking, analysis, and problem-solving. Strong learning curve: You develop skills in research, critical thinking, and real-world application rather than just execution. Clear frameworks and logic: Work is based on structured frameworks, which helps in understanding why things are done, not just what to do. Practical exposure: Projects connect theory to real-world scenarios (hiring, content strategy, behavioral insights), making the learning more relevant. Skill-building over busy work: The focus is on building capability, not just completing tasks for the sake of it.

Initial lack of clarity: Some tasks can feel overwhelming at the start due to limited guidance or unclear expectations. Steep learning curve: The depth expected can be challenging, especially in the beginning, and may require extra time to adjust. Requires high self-direction: You need to be proactive and figure things out independently, which may not suit everyone. Limited examples/references initially: Having more sample outputs or benchmarks would help in aligning expectations faster.
