It's a small growing team so there is a ton of opportunity for upward mobility and growth amongst employees - own something and get rewarded for it. This means there's high potential but also high accountability associated with the job.

There are not many downsides - it is still a startup environment and so prospective employees should be ready for that. People who don't do well working on their own, need a lot of direction on process, or aren't ready to grow and learn with the company's growth probably wouldn't be great fits.
