      - Friendly staff - fair amount of work - opportunity to travel via install trips

      Inconvénients

      - communication between sales and engineering is poor - management tends to pin majority of problems on engineering when the sales concepts sets the company up for a hard project - opinions/concerns of employees are put on the backburner, and most times forgotten about
