      Avantages

      Team culture: encourage us to have a "Want to Learn" mentality. Managers Know How to Teach. Team members willing to help the others. Regular team lunches/ dinners. Understood more about the financial industry. Good pay if you get in the numbers.

      Inconvénients

      The company expanded too quickly, had to work in this short-staffed environment for several months, very stressed. Saw the sales have a very high quota.

      If you are a brown noser to leadership and don't mind climbing on the backs of other people that you no longer see as humans, then you'll be successful.

      Inconvénients

      Marketing leadership is extremely toxic. Stay away from this place if you have healthy boundaries and advocate for yourself or others. Empathy doesn't exist and neither does integrity. There
