      Avantages

      Nice, remodeled office. C-list Celeb sightings. Pizza

      Inconvénients

      Too many to list. Unorganized. Misogynistic. Messy. Top-heavy. No promotions for anyone who isn't a director or friends with the president. Stressful. Constant bickering over stupid details just to hold up the process. I honestly think they like to lose.

      Avantages

      Great new projects coming from the editorial team, the sales and marketing team, and the video team especially. Cool new opportunities are popping up, and lots of good changes have been made in the last year. Some really great strides made since pre-pandemic drab culture and the new leadership in place seems to be really dedicated to improving the culture. Excited about where things are headed.

      Inconvénients

      A little all over the place in terms of communication across departments. Compensation could still be higher, especially in this competitive market.
