No annual reviews or pay increases. No awards or recognition. You are an hourly employee while the customer wants more, the moment starving the customer gets them to re-negotiate the contract so Intecon gets more money due to lots more hours you are suddenly salaried. You are locked in so if you enjoy your work with your employer, but not how Intecon is treating you. Tough luck. While in writing they promote honest timecards, off the record the push you to commit timecard fraud. They seem to be pros at moving it from email to phone when they want to do anything that could legally hurt them. So good luck getting it in writing. Turnover is a constant thing.
