      Avantages

      No micromanagement; very fast response from team when communicating via email; freedom to work at your own pace as long as you meet assigned deadlines

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding and getting paid can take ages. Make sure that you complete invoices as soon as possible, because you might be waiting weeks or months for payment. The billing process can be bewildering.
