Perspective commerciale
Avantages
People are good, friendly and you can have good time working with colleagues. Work and personal life balance is not there, howevere managers & directors are good and co-operative. Basic amenities are there like free food, parking & coffee.
Inconvénients
Work wise nothing great happening here. Seems its runnning without any concrete vision. Infact the CEO is Accidental CEO. If he mends his way and take people inputs and work along with them, it can turn out to be a good company, because all who have joined are all from big large corporates carrying decades of experiences and it can contribute largely only if the ideas are positively taken.
