      Poor Management: The management structure and support are lacking, leading to a frustrating work environment. Low Appraisals: Salary hikes are extremely low (1-5%), even for software engineers with around 3 years of experience. Stagnant Growth: This is definitely not a good place for freshers or mid-level professionals seeking career advancement or competitive pay. Advice to Job Seekers: If you are a fresher or have mid-range experience, you are better off looking for opportunities elsewhere to ensure better compensation and career growth.

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
