      Flexibility working time, more project ownership, opportunity to work on different task, and decent number of leaves per year

      Inconvénients

      Absence of peers (lean team members), less guidance, may be asked to work outside of our scope, no employee development program, and less long term growth opportunity

      Avantages

      Incredible product, smart and mission driven team, leadership is very experienced and has excellent business acumen. Hardware is tough to scale but they are doing it well! And there is good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      It’s a startup so it’s very fast paced - great for some, but not the right environment for everyone

      Inconvénients

      New CEO is changing culture, less mission, manages in public instead of private so everyone can see. Everyone scared of disagreement with him. Hires only men.
