      Avantages

      - Mission-driven to improve the lives of older adults - your work matters! - Awesome global team of highly skilled professionals - Many opportunities to learn new skills/tech and grow - Your voice is heard - offer improvements, test them, and implemented if a success - Building an amazing community, product, and learning platform for those 50+ - Remote work - Excellent place to thrive if you are driven, love to test new ideas and love a challenge

      Inconvénients

      Not exactly cons for the right cultural fit, but could be for someone who doesn't like this environment: - Startup mode so growing fast means there are many last-minute changes and pivots. Not a good place for people who prefer meticulous planning with long lead times - Lots of work and long hours - you need to know how to manage your work-life balance - Updates and pivots happen last minute without much warning so important to stay up to date and be able to work fast

      Avantages

      Good group of mission driven team members. Management tries to pivot to keep business going when competition crumbles. The company and team has desire to make this work as a startup.

      Inconvénients

      It is a startup and constantly pivots to stay alive. Not ideal for folks who like to stick to one lane. Your role will probably change many times but it also means you will get to learn a lot if you are up for it.

      Avantages

      Able to choose your own hours, bring your knowledge and be ready to share.

      Inconvénients

      To many extremely young managers who do not understand the needs and expectations of the 55+ group, which is not good since they want to focus on that population.
