      Avantages

      Egalitarian, little politics, you see fruits of your labor very fast, friendly atmosphere. Management will allow flexible time for personal needs, provided that overall you work A LOT.

      Inconvénients

      Financial situation of the company is very precarious. If you go there consider it a temporary stint, things are guaranteed to change soon. Past history proves it too.

      Avantages

      This is a fast paced company and you need to be sharp to keep up. It is friendly and team oriented here. Evolves to meet new markets/demands. Great opportunities if you are able and willing to go for it. Also, what you think matters.

      Inconvénients

      Market is ever-changing, you have to stay on your toes to keep up. Very fast paced, which can be great but also can be a challenge. If you are smart and hard working, you will like it!
