      Avantages

      Easy to coast along, not too much work, benefits not bad

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no pay rises, they basically like keeping you stuck in a rut so they dont have to pay you any more money. No real incentive to do any more than the absolute minimum as the most you'll get is a thank you.
