From the beginning to the end of the Admissions Process, through a student's time in the program, and even after with career development, everything is about the bottom line and profit. There is no real true care for the students. It's all about meeting unrealistic number goals, and shady telemarketer-style admissions pushing student loans to students that may not have the proper means for repayment. If the model produced worked, it would be a great school, but students are sold a beautiful painting - without true care or proper practices. You can see the desire in their eyes fade from the feelings of being duped. When problems or flaws are brought to upper management, they do not show any interest in improving their business model and will treat employees poorly after comments are made. No room for growth and development and promotions are based on friendships and seniority rather than actual skill and knowledge.
