      Avantages

      The entire Eco team is very cooperative and professional. There's a helping culture among the employees.

      Inconvénients

      The Leadership keeps on shuffling the hierarchy and reporting structure frequently. No visible growth path for anyone. Business Development leadership has a hire and fire style.
