We are, however, concerned by a number of the allegations raised. EECO2 has clear policies on equality, anti-bullying, and fair treatment in the workplace, and we do not recognise the culture described. We would strongly encourage anyone who has experienced or witnessed inappropriate behaviour to raise it formally through our internal channels, where it will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
Regarding payroll, we are required to ensure all final salary calculations are accurate and contractually compliant. Any deductions made upon departure are in accordance with the terms of employment and are communicated to the individual concerned. We understand that the end of an employment relationship can be a difficult time, and we aim to handle these matters as clearly and fairly as possible.
On leadership and accountability — we continually work to develop our management team and foster a culture of transparency and trust. We recognise that no organisation is without room for improvement, and we take structured feedback as an opportunity to reflect and grow.
