Avantages
I worked for this company for some time in an entry level position. They are compassionate and care about their employees very much. They expect employees to be open minded and self starters, trusting them to do the jobs set out for them with little micro management. This gives anyone a good amount of freedom to accomplish the tasks required at their own discretion so long as the time frame is met which is wonderful. You could not ask for a company that cares about its employees more.
Inconvénients
Pay and benefits are not as competitive as others in the same industry, raises and reviews are not clearly defined.

Thank you for this feedback. We are working on implementing more structure for reviews and raises, as well as making our PTO more competitive.
Office staff were often cracking jokes making the workday better. Family style environment. Pay was quite decent.
Inconvénients
Some upper management was not easy to work with. Stressful industry to work in. Slow accruing vacation time. Hard time getting good coverage when you are out of the office.
Nice equipment, good pay, not a lot of micromanagement, good miles, some good contracts, access to owners, owners are former drivers
Inconvénients
never getting home on time, very few fuel stops, teams run I80 almost exclusively, will run your clock out, requiring a 34 almost every week, can be at risk of being overweight
