      Avantages

      - Mission focused organization where you feel your work really matters. - Decent pay for public interest/nonprofit sector. - Coworkers are all very nice and supportive. - Work is interesting and challenging at times. - Great work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      - Parking downtown is somewhat of a pain, but many employees receive a parking stipend. - Clients can be stressful at times. - A somewhat steep learning curve given that disability law is a niche field of law.

      Avantages

      Everyday staff is great - care about people with disabilities LOTS of flexibility

      Inconvénients

      Management could not be more different from the staff - including the team leaders - they are not trustworthy at all, and I have heard them trash talk clients when they think it's in private. Took about two years to get our first union contract done, after management fought it tooth and nail. Compensation is better than it used to be as a result.
