      Avantages

      DeepTech is a great example of modern-day technical support. You have people who enjoy technology and working with people. The environment is fast-paced, never numbing or boring, and you are constantly learning (seriously, like every single day) The negative reviews only come from people who lack passion for assisting other people and have shown little to no interest in growing or furthering their skills.

      Inconvénients

      Delicious home-baked goodies. I mean we all hate those right? Yeah, didn't think so. Only downside are the routine fire drills the building holds, and honestly - they're over quick.

      - Team is very kind and helpful to new employees, they very much encourage you to ask questions and bring up any issues you are running into. - Dog friendly office

      - being part time there are no paid lunches/breaks

      Avantages

      Get to work on myriad technologies and meet a lot of clients. Based in Midtown Manhattan, you're working in the midst of everything NYC, and afforded the opportunity to travel the city to client locations.

      Inconvénients

      Management is so over the top about the smallest things. You feel like you're walking on eggshells with everything you do, as they will write you up over the most asinine thing. There are times when its very much a 'do as I say, not as I do' type environment, and they treat it as a privilege that you're getting the most basic benefits (that are required by law). Smacks of out of touch management in this current day and age.
