Avantages
Employee discounts and free shoes are about the only good thing.
Inconvénients
Management is discriminatory, disrespectful, not supportive, and childish. They will ignore and isolate you all shift and then claim they were "observing" you. They will not have your back even after asking questions to make sure you are following policy. Crocs claims that coaching is important but their managers don't know how to do it. They reduced hours, wouldn't allow me to have a specific day off, but allowed it for other team leads. They allowed some employees to break dress code but wrote me up for changing out of (before my shift started) something I didn't realize broke the dress code. Every manager was late and not spoken to, but me being on time didnt mean anything either. Management made many assumptions and lies, but made them fact on my review to make me look bad (ie knowing a customer because she happened to be a teacher and we had a conversation?). They say they are all about customers (greeting, getting name, shoe size, etc.) but when taking care of customers you get in trouble? Double standards were everywhere. Don't bother.
