Avantages
Very honest and ambitious approach to customer service; overall attitude of company is positive and full of integrity; vehicles and equipment are very well maintained; employees are genuinely taken care of, more so than anywhere else I’ve worked ; lots of potential for bonuses by earning good customer ratings and reviews (monthly competitions between branches)
Inconvénients
Biggest one is that at this point in time there is simply not enough clientele for the number of employees on staff; scheduling is unpredictable and very little consideration is given to seniority or to those higher qualified; definitely a degree of dishonesty regarding pay- actual earnings are not what was promised; bonus incentives are just competitions between employees and other branches to get the most customers to give them a 5 star rating- it’s a brown nosing contest. The other big bonus incentive is for earning “production” for the pay period, which means it’s totally reliant on good scheduling and steady work.; lots of unnecessary tension/animosity between technicians and sales reps
