Avantages

I’ve heard some people hear make good money

The recent, I guess we will call them staffing issues, just piled more work onto people who were already stretched thin, while others somehow managed to skate by untouched. It’s obvious who leadership protects and who they don’t. What really pushed me over the edge was how they handled the “former” employees. It was cold, careless, and ended up creating even more work for the rest of us. It showed exactly how little respect there is for the people actually keeping things running. The favoritism, the uneven workload, and the way management looks the other way for certain people t’s exhausting. At this point, it feels less like a career and more like damage control every single day. Hearing how much some of the people make here vs others is disgusting.
