      I didn't find any good things

      Inconvénients

      toxic way of management, no any exact work duties - you do all for what you was hired and you do all what is not connected to your work title, just because they are all time in lack of people. No any appreciation for doing extra work, no salary rising after passing trial period, contract only for 3 months. When employees get ill for few days - they kick out them , they use people and throw them out whenever they want.

      Avantages

      Company with a great culture and lot of benefits that you can't find elsewhere. Office is beautiful and has a friendly-family vibe. If you have the ambition the management is always happy to give you new opportunities for growth and development. Kind of place where you enjoy to come to work and you feel good.

      It's a nice office, the employees are nice, they have good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO has no respect for people, he thinks he can play with the time and dreams of the people who start working there, without any explanation he kicks you out of the company, If you are not excellently perfect and do what he wants, you are useless.
