      Avantages

      good place to learn technically good work flexible environment fun to work with teams openness till top management top management very good to star employees i see reviews complaining about top management but then lot of very positive changes in last 2 years as well. hard decisions but improved the environment a lot.

      Inconvénients

      move from .net to open source was a big decision and lot of people left team and talent has improved a lot but older employees feel they should be given chances as well. too many things going on and .net migration still not complete. A team of 30 devs or so were building 4 products. very hard to keep focus

      Avantages

      The people are bright, interesting and motivated Industry is growing everyday Its a chance to be part of something big

      Inconvénients

      It is truly a start up so there are big highs and big lows....but the highs are bigger than the lows

      Avantages

      – My immediate boss was really great at managing expectations and conveying feedback.

      Inconvénients

      – Way too many cooks in the kitchen. Often I'd get input about my type of work from those who had zero connection to my department. – A lot of eagle-eyeing. You hired us to do our jobs, so trust us to do them.
