      Thank you for the Salary credit every month.

      Inconvénients

      - Doesnot have focus in bring project related to Banking sector and ultimately the brunt has to be borne by consultants. - No update and no clue wats happening around the vertical. - A highly insecure staff in BFSI area. - Recruited highly based on refferral leading to incompetant staff.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
