Good salary, strong company - lacking strong leadership in many areas. Problems are often buried to avoid issues instead of addressing head-on.

Inconvénients

Company is in organizational transition, many areas lack strong leadership, culture has strong political undercurrents that are not obvious on the surface.

Avantages

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Inconvénients

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
