      Avantages

      I only interned for about 6 months there (moving out of state was why I left) but great company! Friendly employees that didn't get annoyed by all the questions I had, great boss that gave me satisfying projects (which he actually used). All-in-all, would definitely recommend.

      Inconvénients

      Dayton, OH is not the most exciting location but that's about the only con.

      Avantages

      Interesting line of work that is not common elsewhere. Your work will be meaningful to the company no matter your experience level due to it being a small company.

      Inconvénients

      Work can sometimes be monotonous depending on your role.

      Avantages

      This company is co-run by two Principal Investigators who are at the top of their respective fields. You will be working with the best in the business. They have an enormous amount of knowledge. You will be able to learn a lot from them.

      Inconvénients

      The Principal Investigators are extremely busy. They will not have much time to talk to or mentor you. The interview process took far too long. It took weeks and consisted of several interviews, submission of work, and a psychological test. The employee turnover is very high.
