      Everything depends upon the project you are in. You could have a great work life balance along with learning.

      Covid policies were crap. When all organisation taking care of employees Amdocs overutilizing in the name of situation. No one listen to you until you resign. Instead of giving proper raise, they prefer to hire someone new

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
