      Inconvénients

      Working on very old technologies, Politics on Mid Senior Level (Team Lead and above), Not recommended if you are good coder. Less hike as compared to other product based company, Indian Management acts as a Puppet of Israel Management.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
