      Good pantry.. On a serious note the pay is good. &You have good chances to get ahead if you are in ur manager's in-group.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
