      Avantages

      All the engineers are great. Location is amazing and close to other food.

      Inconvénients

      Management techniques will cause you to get grey hairs. Lots of stress and last-minute decisions. Multiple unexpected late nights. No remote work allowed. I've seen the CEO verbally abuse other employees and my peers.

      Doing stuff no one else has done. Tackling new problems in controls, optics, and autonomy. Great engineering team!

      Sometimes delays in government funding.
