Avantages
The company is small but has fun engaging employees. Small team of less than 10-15 employees. The projects are interesting and very fast paced.
Inconvénients
Management, specifically the CEO, rules with little to no program management experience. Last minute deadlines and ruthless hours are the common practice here. Methods that seem unethical are common yet not stopped. Heavy micromanagement with no room for self-growth. Ideas are constantly shutdown as management thinks their ideas are always better which ends up costing employees more wasted time.
