Avantages
One you're off out on your own. It's ok and you just get your head down. Not a crazy amount of drops compared to other delivery jobs. Regularly finish on time to early.
Inconvénients
It's very low pay, and you rarely do full shifts, Sometimes you come in and you literally only have one drop or your slot isn't until 3 hour after clock in. Mangement is questionable. They micro-manage, say one thing do another, mess around with shifts and don't tell you. Zero appreciation when you help them out because of their poor organisation. All they care about is making sure their charts look perfect. Not good people to work for. Training was 50% effort. you only get told the core basics and have to ask around to actually figure out how to do things, such as book holiday. You have to work weekends.
