      Avantages

      Will hire people with little to no experience Decent amount of PTO Healthcare options are pretty good

      Inconvénients

      -Bonuses rarely ever get paid out due to "lack of profit" but the owners can still manage to pull up in expensive trucks and sports cars -Project managers are extremely overworked - very conservative -ability to work from home every other week but have to jump through hoops to do so

      Avantages

      - Relaxed schedule and dress code - Plenty of PTO - Most employees are wonderful to work with - Plenty of advancement opportunities

      Inconvénients

      - Constantly taking on unprofitable projects that no one in the company has experience to handle - Owners are not present most of the time leaving already overworked project managers to handle what should be the owners responsibility - Upper management has a general disrespect for employees and tries to keep big changes and decisions secret as much as possible - One of the owners and another of the PMs try to sell multi-level marketing schemes to current and former employees -Anyone above designer level seems miserable all the time, dissuading any carrier advancement
