The worst job I’ve ever had - Avis employé Sales Representative 2evolve

Unachievable KPIs. Lack of appropriate training. Threats of being fired if you didn’t meet your expected goals for the day. I was once on the phone with a suicidal outbound call for 30 minutes as I had no idea what to do and the management came over to tell me I’m wasting time and the company’s money by still being on the phone to them. This company is revolting and I wouldn’t recommend it to even to my worst enemy. I should have gone to fair work or persued legal action for trauma but I was just glad to be outta there.
