Interesting projects (I have always been in active projects since I joined 7 years back), very responsive management and great compensation package and great benefits. I've found management to be extremely supportive. I have filed my Green-card and have been happy so far with the response. No procedural delays. Good thing is that they have very less number of H1's. They take special care for all H1 candidates.
Inconvénients
TO be frank - None. Especially now a days you need a good H1 sponsor. I feel nTech is certainly one of them.

Does not micro-manage, focus was on your quality of work and results. Great work-life balance. Supervisors care about your growth and constantly provide support and feedback as needed. Leadership cares about the employees.
