      Avantages

      great people work there. Pay was good. Benefits were decent. Unlimited PTO was a plus. Remote.

      Inconvénients

      New CIO making lots of changes and micromanaging everything and now layoffs are occuring on top of a slow real estate market. Hes bringing in his buddies and looking to outsource more. Upper mgmt claims no word of layoffs coming then layoffs occur just now in September 2022.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
