One of the managers had a go at me because I put on my cardigan when she turned on the headline, insisting I couldn't be cold that quickly? Then proceeded to bully me and grill me in front of the office, not approving of how I write notes, going through all my folders to criticise the way I organise my work. I pulled them out of a slump with amazing BDE yet she wanted to have a go at how I write my notes? Heads of other departments get involved with employees in a different department just to have a go.
