Over the past few months the entire atmosphere of the company has changed. Need to take a day off for a doctors appointment? Not allowed. Trying to plan a vacation? They might approve you for *some* time, but not all of it.
They mass hire and mass fire people every week so you're constantly terrified that you're going to lose your job every email that comes through. Promotions are also greatly biased as someone else mentioned earlier - you could work here for 5 years, be the top member in your region, and they'll promote the new girl who's been here three weeks. Then when she doesn't know what she's doing - YOU get yelled at, your job threatened. It's crap. Save yourself the anxiety and find a different job.
